SIMPLE TAP MAP EDITOR

An experiment to allow users to easily draw and create custom game maps/paths directly in game using minimal touch events to create and edit very quickly. .

VOLUMETRIC BLASTER

Experimental stats graph display, drawing meshes directly to the UI.  For upgrading and managing attributes of a space tatics game prototype. 

Blaster FX for in development FPS style game.  Standard billboard FX visually break at facing angles.  Using a comobation of mesh generation and shaders, these look solid at any angle.  Multiple shots and style are atlased and combined into a single mesh.   Highly performant.

Using mesh/UV layouts and shaders,  created animated lighting effect that was very inexpensve and configurable.

Commander using so lights in the game, so often some alternate techniques are used to provide the illusion of light effects.   The resource icons were designed and mapped in a way that simulates shine using animation across the UVs.
